Based on our website menu and product offerings, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Bridal Dresses (e.g., Blush Bridesmaid Dresses, Green Bridesmaid Dresses, Lavender Bridesmaid Dresses, etc.)
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Dresses
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Returns & Exchanges Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
