Shipping Information
We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with a delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: £12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS with a delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Bridal Dresses (e.g., Blush Bridesmaid Dresses, Green Bridesmaid Dresses, Lavender Bridesmaid Dresses, etc.)
- Custom or Made-to-Order Dresses
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Returns & Exchanges Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
