4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with a delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: £12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS with a delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is dispatched.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and accessories included.

Non-returnable items include bridal dresses, custom or made-to-order dresses, and items marked as “Final Sale.”

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
